Looking to build a new pool in the Dallas area and Pool Craft was recommended. Can't find out much about them. BBB rating of A, but they're not accredited by BBB. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them. EDIT: To answer my own question, we met with John. When we met, he seemed like an OK guy but was a little rude in my opinion. We didn't hear back from him for close to 2 weeks, during which time we received designs from multiple other builders that we met with after meeting John. Needless to say, we chose another builder.
