Hello concerned homeowner you would be very happy with a fiberglass pool in a high water table the main thing to be concerned with is keeping your pool full of water and a proper drainage system around your pool in case you ever have to lower the water level. If you use an experienced pool installer I am sure they will design a system that will work for you and my experience with Hydrostatic valves are the valves actually leak and make a worse problem than installing a proper sump system around the perimeter of your pool shell. The valves are a round piece of plastic with a rubber o ring and a spring to hold them closed springs do not last forever and if you get any dirt or debris in the valve it leaks. Best of luck to you! The only bad news is it may cost extra for a good sump system but it is worth every penny!!!!!!!

The answer to your question is of coarse you can install a fiberglass pool in Missouri, in fact fiberglass will flex with any ground movement and with a fiberglass pool your maintenance is reduced greatly because they are less porous than other pools so it is harder for the algae to grow on the surface.
