Amore Bay is a great tub I would not own any other hot tub I am going on 5yrs with my Amore Bay

That's a no brainer for me Lotus bay any day over chairman

I think the Lotus Bay is between 12k-14k The chairman should cost much less then the Lotus Bay. I own the Amore Bay right now and owned Lotus Bay 5 yrs ago The bay series is my choice

Last fall I noticed my panels on my Amore Bay was cracking and I called D1 and was told that my panels were no longer available. I paid an extra 500 dollars for the cattail panel and I can no longer get them. I need the two side panels replaced. last week I noticed the vertical slots are now popping out. My hot tub is going on four yr now. Does anyone know why the panels would split? D1 will replace the panels but with out the cattails. So much for lifetime warranty. I love my Amore but im not pleased about the panels

Can someone tell me the operating psi range. I have pro grid 60 DE filter . Right now my psi is around 18-20. This morning the psi 30 I back washed and added DE. Pressure 18-20

If you can buy the lotus bay 5 k I would jump on that deal.I had lotus bay for 4 yrs trouble free. I moved and bought amore bay had minor issues but D 1 service tech are the best.

The bug spray will not melt the foam. I don't think they are living in the foam.

Ok after weeks of investigation SGM has decided that it is scale that is coming up. I do think its plausable. I feel better now.

I have been told different things in regards to the pH of the water when closing the pool. What is the ideal pH as we close? Actually we need to know all the chemistries, including the calcium level, alkalinity, and chlorine. Also, our pool builder told us we don't have to put antifreeze in the lines here in upstate new York. Isn't this a risk? Thanks.
