infinity spa pump not starting on initial setup electrical is set up right gfci works well fuse good any ideas thanks

At your own risk! Alwys, check the fuse first and work your way back from the power source.
Starting at the breaker, check to see that you have power at the pump with a volt meter. If no, its the power line or breaker. Continue through to the actual plug and check the voltage where you connect the pump. If you have power and the pump is not working, get a new pump or motor.

i prefer a plumbing contractor in California for this kind of job. had some fair share of electrocution... not the guy for the job i guess. lol
