Pool and Spa Forum: Pool and Spa Forum -> Hotspring Aria Sound Problems

I have reicently took delivery of my aria spa which came with standard AEWARE IN.TUNE cd player.
But should of had dvd upgrade, I also had the hand held IQ2020 remote fitted.
Ive been using this for a few weeks with no problems, the remote works cd tracks plus volume etc.
Also auxiliary control in the tub works volume etc. But today i have reiceived DVD unit an AQUATIC AVmodel AQ-DVD-1.This was fitted by engineer but now i cant control volume/cd tracks from either
remote or control panel in the tub.
He told me that the dvd units are not compatible with these functions like the AEWARE.
All cables seem the same including wired remote cable on back of units which goes out to aux panel
in tub.All other functions to do with tub seem to work on remote and remote will actually change mode
on dvd from fm to cd/dvd ?
