Sundance Altamar / No Circ Or Heating After Drain Down And Refill

After killing power and draining my 10 year old Altamar and refilling it.  I closed the 220 switch and it would not kick back on the Recirc. motor or Heater!!??
Display Panel only said  Cool  and FL 02    Cool   FL 02

I did go into Sundance box and tap wires and connectors and got my CD player working after it had been dead for 2 months including 1 of my infared senders on a speaker that had not been functioning.  Definitely those had been bad connection problems!!!

Any hlep or recommendations out here?
