Down East Spa Advice For Not Turning Off In A Mode

I recently bought a house with a 2003 Down East Providence Spa. The hot tub works great but if you try to put it in a mode it will cycle for 24 hours in standard, economy, or sleep mode but will constantly be on after a 24 hour period. Does my pump, filtration, or control panel need to be replaced? Any recommendations or ideas?
