I agree with Strannik, it could be calcium precipitation coming out of the tile grout or it kinda looks like salt that has crystallized? you on a SWG, Liquid or Granules?

What is it and what do I do? Thanks

No swg. Just liquid chlorine. I raised the calcium hardness from 170 to 220. Is that enough or do I need to do something else?

Thanks for the help!

The calcium hardness is ok. Just put a small amount of liquid acid over the scale and it should dissolve.
